Las Vegas

On sunday the 19th of July Joan and I left for Las Vegas. We drove to Bellingham airport which is in the states, so we had to drive over the boarder. I've never done that before and I thought it was very very exciting. I have a Canadian passport so it was very easy for us to get through. I thought it was very exciting driving into another country and took lots of photos of nothing haha. 

Our plane was delayed an hour, but that didn't matter coz I had a good book to read and I was happy just being in the states. Flying over Las Vegas was amazing... so many lights and where there were no lights it was pitch back (that's kinda obvious but it was amazing to look at.) The line for the taxis was amazingly long but it kept moving coz there was a huge amount of taxis, we didn't have to wait long before we got one. And it wasn't long till we were in our hotel, which was amazing (haha i need a new word). 

I was starving so we went and had some very unhealthy food! I had a huge slice of pizza with like 20 different kinds of meat, lol. I couldn't eat it all. Then Joan and I went looking for a nice place to have a glass of wine to toast our first night in Vegas. Turns out that we kept coming back to this place every night for a wine/cocktail or 3 haha. The uniforms the girls had to wear were very small, you could see about half of their bra before their top even started. 

Then we fell into bed.
