I figured out today why it is so strange being here. The sun is always in the wrong part of the sky! When your in Australia the sun is always in the northern part of the sky, when your in the northern hemisphere it's always in the southern part of the sky. It was so strange, Joan first told me how she felt strange when she was in Aus and today I realised she was right. It is so strange to have the sun shinning on you from a different angle. 

I rode Joan's bike all the way into town today, which was scary coz the I had to ride on the right side of the road, I managed and am safe and at home now. I conquered a 'four way stop' which is kinda like our round about but with out the circle, whoever gets to the intersection first has right of way. I find this quite frightening when everyone decides they got there first and have right of way, then everyone starts driving straight towards each other. AHHHH!!!

I bought Joan a kettle. I think it is very pretty. I like it coz I rode the bike all by myself to buy it on the right side of the road, through Canadian traffic and to the store. Joan didn't have a kettle so I decided she needed one coz I NEED to drink tea, haha. 

I cooked chicken parmagiana tonight, it tasted great if I must say so myself. Thanks mum.
